The four questions this site can't answer yet
A concept can't invent opening hours. What Phoenix does publish is the half-day ticket window — 9:30am–1pm or 12pm–3:30pm — which tells you roughly when the lifts run, and nothing about which days.
These are not criticisms of the society. They are four short sentences that would make the biggest difference to a visitor, and they cost nothing but someone's afternoon.

This block is deliberately empty. Filling it with invented snow depths would make a nicer screenshot and a worse demo. On a real build it is one line, typed once each morning by whoever opens the lodge, and it is the single most useful thing a ski hill website can carry.

Email before you drive
Opening days are not posted anywhere we could find, and out of season the phone line is closed. One email is cheaper than a wasted morning.

You can buy just the rope tow
A rope tow ticket costs less than a full lift pass. For a first-timer, or a small child, it is the whole day they need.

Under 6 ski free
No day ticket for the smallest ones. A season pass for an under-6 is a token amount too.

Why email is treated as the main channel
Phoenix publishes its phone number with the words “in-season only”. That is an honest thing for a volunteer society to say — nobody is sitting in the lodge in July. But it means that for months at a time, one inbox carries every question: passes, rentals, school groups, sponsorship, whether the road is ploughed.
So this concept never hides it. The address is in the header, the footer, the passes page and here — because in August it is the only door.
One thing that would help the inbox
Most of what lands in it is the same handful of questions. Answering them on the page — days open, hours, how to buy a pass — is not extra work. It is the same work, done once instead of forty times.
